Rolf Structural Integration combines mindful body-awareness, movement education, and hands-on manual fascial manipulation. The goal is to relieve pain by opening areas of the body that are working ineffectively from injury, over-working to compensate, or holding tension due to stress.
In my decade of practice thus far, I have treated clients from 3 months to 97 years of age, supporting individuals with a wide variety of concerns. Below are just some examples, from common to more unique cases:

Rolfing® (extended length) - $170

Best for clients who have already received Rolfing® and know they need some extra time.
Focused Rolfing® session - $60
approx. 35 minutes
Best for lunch break appointments, or emergency appointments (ie sprains, sudden onset migraines, injuries or acute pain) for existing clients until we can book you out a longer session for the future.

Ideal for clients with chronic gut issues, chronic constipation, and inflammation. Also highly recommended for postpartum (post 6 weeks at least please), PCOS, endometriosis and other adhesion related abdominal issues.
Migraine & Headache Relief - $70
Relief from migraines by working the soft tissue of the head and neck, releasing the area around the trigeminal nerve pathway followed by slow vertebral adjustments.
"The TMJ Protocol" - $70
Clients that want specialized focused sessions on the jaw, its' alignment and relationship to the head, neck and shoulders. Ideal for clients who suffer from TMJ symptoms, jaw tension and sleep apnea.

3 sessions
Start preparing the body for the upcoming changes. A free open BREATH followed by feet work for better support. Lengthen the sides balancing front and back.
3 sessions
Depending on the person's needs, we solidify CHANGES in the upper and lower body, coordinating soft tissue movement across the joints.
